Terms & Acceptable Use
Last updated: June 2026
JacSend is a tool for legitimate business outreach. You are responsible for how you use it. This is not legal advice, consult a lawyer for compliance in your jurisdiction.
Your responsibilities
- Only email people when you have a legitimate business reason and a lawful basis to contact them (consent, legitimate interest, or applicable exemption).
- Do not use purchased lists, scraped personal emails without permission, or contacts who have opted out.
- Honor unsubscribe requests, mark Replied or Declined promptly, and use the blocklist for do-not-contact addresses.
- Comply with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL, and other anti-spam and privacy laws that apply to you and your recipients.
- Include accurate sender information and a way to opt out in emails where required by law.
Prohibited use
- Spam, phishing, malware, harassment, or deceptive content.
- Contacting minors or sensitive categories without proper legal basis.
- Circumventing plan limits, blocklists, or platform safeguards.
Email delivery
All live outreach is sent through your own SMTP and domain. JacSend does not send email on your behalf from a shared subdomain. Use Preview on your campaign to test AI drafts without sending.
URL contact lookup
If you use the optional URL lookup feature, JacSend fetches only the public pages you provide and extracts email addresses visible there. Results are saved to your account only, never shared with other users. Daily limits apply. You remain solely responsible for confirming you may contact anyone you add to a campaign.
Your contact data
Contacts you upload or find via URL lookup are visible only to you. We process them to provide the service (drafting, sending, deduplication). We do not sell your contact lists.
Disclaimer
JacSend is provided "as is." We are not liable for your outreach activities, deliverability, or regulatory compliance. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the service in violation of these terms or applicable law.
