CSV import for outreach contacts
Export contacts from your CRM, spreadsheet, or research tool as CSV and import into a JacSend campaign. Include email as the required field; add name, company, and custom columns you want AI drafts to reference.
Plan limits cap total contacts: 25 on Free, 200 on Starter, 1,000 on Pro. Build focused lists within those caps rather than importing everyone you might someday email.
List quality beats list size
Two hundred well-targeted contacts outperform ten thousand random addresses. Filter by role, industry, company size, and trigger events before import. Remove generic inboxes like info@ unless you have a specific reason to pitch there.

Optional Apollo.io contact suggestions
